Kim, am not sure about me.com accounts, but I looked at my iPhone and after going to settings>mail, contacts, and calendars, the accounts are listed there. If I used me.com, I'd Choose me.com in that list. Tap that, then Look at the username there, the smtp server, then advanced. That's what it was sort of like for my iCloud and gmail account s. This might be different on yours, but maybe it'll be a loose guide.
