I installed the latest version of iOS on Monday evening; it seems to me that it is a bit more responsive than 9.3.2. However, I am reluctant to put messages out here proclaiming the positive function ality of iOS upgrade speak cause there's no way to know if there is a bug you haven't encountered yet. But I would say on this particular version that it seems to be just fine!
