Double tap and hold with one finger until you hear the triple tone then swipe to the left. Keep an eye on the page adjuster down at the bottom. Adjusting that with a voiceover does not actually change what's visually on the screen which is why you have to use the pass-through gesture and swipe swipe through the videos. Once you get past that, you're fine.
