Mary, you're not the only one having this issue. It's haspening to me with Kate 
from NeoSpeech, as well. It's really frustrating. I don't think the issue is 
limited to Bookshare books, either. I've tried using a different voice, and 
still have the problem. It's been happening for a while now, and I don't think 
it's related to iOS 9. I think it either has something to do with the updated 
voices or the 4.0 update to VDR itself. The issue is very frustrating, to say 
the least" Maybe we should try writing Winston to see if he knows about the 
issue.
