If you want to disable Facetime on your iPad, go to Settings, then to
Facetime, and make sure it is set to off.

Hello everybody,
Today I got my new iPad Mini. Needless to say, I am thrilled with it! I have
only used it for a little bit, but I absolutely love it! I did think it
would be smaller in five. But that's all right.Sorry about the mistakes in
this message. I am using dictation. So I know you all know what that is
like?
Anyway, I set it up as a new iPad, because I did not want all my apps and
stuff to download onto it. So I thought this would be best.
But here is where I have a question. My iPhone informed me that my Apple ID
and phone number we're now being used with an iPad. I thought it was pretty
cool that it recognize this.
However, I want to go I got a phone call. Both my phone, and my iPad ring.
Why did this happen?
How do I stop it from happening?
I don't want to take calls on my iPhone. I mean, on my iPad. I do want to be
able to face time with certain friends, and iMessage. But that's it. Is
there anything I can do about this?
Any help would be very much appreciated.
