I never saw that coming and I really need that app hurry. If I had time, I
would ask the developers why the app has disappeared, but they can't just make
the app available in all countries, and then take it away again!
Comments and thoughts on this are very much welcome, if this is allowed to
discuss here on this list. I don't see the issue when I am paying for apps from
a US account.
