Hello everybody, Mulein have a question for a friend. I'm hoping someone might have some ideas as to what could be going on. My friend is not blind. He uses an iPhone 6s, with the latest update. He has a GL account. For the last week or so, he keeps getting a text message saying he needs to change his password, and he gets a code he is supposed to type in. He types this code in the change password area. Eclipse telling him that he needs to change his password, because there is a problem. But from what he can tell me, it does not tell him what the issue is. We were wondering if somebody could be trying to get into his account?
What could be going on? Does anyone have any ideas? Any thoughts, or suggestions, would be very much appreciated!
