Is your keypad showing? If you see the phone number and buttons such as Mute, Speaker and so on you need to find a button called “Keypad”, double tap it and at that point that keypad will show and you can press any numbers you need. Similarly, if you are on a call and the keypad is showing, but maybe you want to mute the call or start a 3-way call you will have to find the “Hide” button which is at the bottom right and it will hide the keypad and give you access to all the other buttons. It takes a bit of practice to bring up the keypad quickly if you need it, but it can be done.

Fioravanti, Jr. Sent: Sunday, August 14, 2016 8:29 AM To: [email protected] Subject: PRESSING A NUMBER TO ANSWER A CALL ON THE IPHONE Hi: When I receive a call on the iPhone with options, such as "push one to accept" I can't get the numbers to sound, because voice over is speaking and the phone number from the incoming call is on the screen. I'm sure you guys have a solution, I just don't know what it is. Thanks very much. -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
