I have found it fully accessible with VoiceOver. I have even used the mobile deposit feature. It takes some practice to get somewhat proficient with it. It give some feedback if you are too close or far away with the camera. It announces when the picture is automatically taken. Frequently I work through 2 or more photo tries because it times out in a minute or less. Both sides of the check need to be taken: the front side first and then the back side. The backside needs to be signed in the correct area. As well, the check amount needs to be entered so you must know the exact amount.
