Subject: RE: A Quick Question Regarding iTunes/App Store Subscriptions

Hi Mark,

I usually go to the App Store app, make sure "Featured" is selected and then I
go to the very end and swipe left until I find my Apple Id and double tap on
it. I then tap on "View Apple Id" from the menu that pops up and enter my
password or, if offered, I use Touch Id to sign in.
On the page that now opens you have links for family sharing, payment
information, country/region, gifts and ratings and reviews.
Right after Ratings and Reviews I have a heading level 2 called "Subscriptions"
and you can of course turn the rotor to headings and jump right to that.
If you do this, the headings I have on this page are:
Account - heading
Subscriptions - heading level 2
iTunes in the Cloud - heading level 2
iTunes Pass - heading level 2
iTunes newsletters and special offers - heading level 2

If I swipe right once from the Subscriptions heading I have a link called
"Manage", double tap on that to see your subscriptions and to manage them.
Not sure whether the entire "Subscriptions" heading is missing if you don't
have any, but I assume not since I don't have any iTunes Passes (whatever those
are) but I do have the heading for it.
If I tap on Manage I see two subscriptions, one for my Apple Music and one for
Rdio which actually says it's expired which of course would make sense since
the Rdio music service doesn't even exist any more.
For whatever it's worth, I have a 3-year Seeing Eye subscription and it doesn't
show up here which would indicate that it is not treated as a subscription in
iTunes which can be managed/renewed automatically, but I guess you could always
email Sendero and ask them how that works, but I assume that once your Seeing
Eye subscription expires you'll probably are notified when you try to use the
app that you need to buy a new subscription.

Regards,
Sieghard

Subject: A Quick Question Regarding iTunes/App Store Subscriptions

Hello Everyone,

I know this has been mentioned several times but I would really appreciate a
refresher.

I want to make certain that I do not have any auto renewal iTunes/App Store
subscriptions active.

If I did have such a subscription, where would I find it?

The steps I have taken to find it are:

1.
>From iPhone, go to Settings.

2.
Open the iTunes/App Store item.

3.
Tap on my Apple I.D.

I do not see any mention of any subscriptions listed anywhere in this area.

Does this mean I do not have any recurring subscriptions?

I ask this because I do not want my Seeing Eye GPS annual subscription to
auto-renew.

Thank you for your help on this one.

Mark
