U am fortunate as I have been able to roll back to the good old version of Grubhub when the company actually cared about accessibility. They stopped caring 6 to 8 months ago when they got rid of heading navigation in the app. You used to quickly be able to flick fro restaurant to restaurant in the new app it takes at least five flicks to get from restaurant to restaurant and they no longer have heading navigation for cuisines so you have to flick item by item through a restaurant which can take an hour. I have tried contacting them on Twitter, but they just do not care anymore. They went from a great company to a despicable one that only cares about profit and not accessibility.
