Hi, It is fairly easy to setup and the app is very accessible. I am still playing around with it but it seems to work quite well and is very well built. All you do is unroll the cuff and that turns it on. You press the start button on the app and the cuff inflates and then in about 15 to 30 seconds it deflates and then you can read your blood pressure on the app with VO. You roll the cuff back up and put it back in the nice box it comes in and your done.
