I am a amazon prime customer, in the UK. I have asked the question, on more than 1 occasion. But to no joy!
9 times out of 10, my call gets routed over seas, and i end up, pulling my hair out, trying to make myself understood. Dave. Even if Amazon customer service told you they didn't have audio subscribed movies, who knows if that person knew what they were talking about. You should hear the run around I get from Verizon's out sourced persons who field incoming calls. When I finally get put through to a repair person or tell a technician what I've been told and about how much time I've wasted with the useless and rote solutions given me, they laugh. Is there a reason while Amazon as the vendor would not find it worth it to them or their customers to make audio described movies available?
