Hello Gordon, As I have personally installed this app on no fewer than 7 iPhones, I suspect that you may have a corrupted download.
Please do the following: 1. Delete the app from your device. 2. Close all running apps. 3. Power off the device. 4. Following Marks advice I installed this app. Unfortunately, whenever I double tap on it it displays the splash screen and crashes to Home screen. I tried rebooting with Sleep + Home and I disabled some apps from the App Switcher, still no luck with NDC.
