I use AppShopper Social by AppShopper.com, LLC. You can search for the name
of an app, and then double tap on "I Want It" and you will then get a
notification and/or an email when the app either drops in price or when the
app has an update, depending on how you prefer to get notified, I have it
set up where I get a notification on my device and I also get an email. I
have gotten a lot of apps for free with this app that normally cost. You can
also double tap on "I Have It" if you already own the app you have searched
for and the app will keep track of all of your apps and alert you when there
is an update.
