Christopher, It is four upgrades and the last upgrade lasts for a year so the iPhone 7 will likely stop being upgraded in 2021.
sieghard, I have noticed that people use their iPads for far fewer tasks than iPhones. Many use iPads for games, videos, porno, and e-mail.
