It is easy to add items to the wish list. Once you find an app you want,
double tap on it and look for where it says "I Want" and double tap on that.
It will add the app the your wish list. To check to see if it was added to
your wish list, find the app at the bottom called Wish List and double tap
on it. This app is very very easy to use and very VoiceOver friendly.
