I have to say that we are very pleased with how well Neato picks up the dog hair. I have a German Shepherd and even with regular brushing he sheds. Not to mention our two cats.
It is very easy to clean compared to the Roomba. But the big deal of course is that it can be controlled via iPhone or Android- not sure about android accessibility as I haven’t played with it much. When we purchased it several months ago it was available for $850.00 CAD at Bath and Beyond. One thing I have found is that sometimes after having corrected an error I can’t seem to get it going again by pressing the home key. I then have to do a reset by holding down the home button for 15 seconds. The problem with that is that you are back at the start of the cleaning cycle. Another small issue is that our bathroom has about a 3/4 inch lip which Neato can climb but in doing so the little side brush often comes off. However, I am very pleased with the overall performance and ease of maintenance of the Neato.
