Premium not only gives you access to listen to sporting events of many leagues, but also gives you a bigger number of premium radio stations of all kinds to listen too. Tune in pro is a one time cost of $9.99, and not only takes away ads, but also gives you a recording feature where you can record from any station allowing you to listen to it at a later time. I do not know if they have changed their prices since I bought the app a few years ago, but this is how it was then. Since there is some confusion, you could always contact the developer with your questions.
