True, but we'll now have to keep track of this adapter! Not a big deal,
but one more thing to keep track of. In meetings, I'm frequently moving
my headphones from my laptop to my iPhone to check for messages. I'll
still be able to do that, but I'll have to make sure I have this pigtail
around, at least until I have a pair of Lightning headphones and my
laptop also supports them.
