Hi Flor, sadly not. In the box with every iPhone 7 or 7 Plus, you get a Lightning to 3.5 adapter. It does not allow charging the phone while you use wired headphones. If you lose it or just want more than one, they cost $9.95. But if you want, as many of us will, to charge your phone while using wired headphones, we'll have to hope third-party accessory vendors fill the void, assuming the Lightning specification permits such an adapter. No, you won't. You can use any headphones that you now use on your old phone plugged into the adapter that Apple will supply. You can also charge at the same time using that same adapter. The only thing you can't do is use the lightning enabled ear buds that will come with the phone and charge at the same time. That is hardly a big deal. You could also buy cheaper Bluetooth headphones and use those. You don't have to go by the Apple ones.
