Hi, Jessie, The Library button is at the top of the screen. If you use the wheel to scroll down a fw lines, you will get to the text.
It isn't the fastest way to do things, but I've gotten used to it. Sometimes I can get the Braille to resume on the top of the next page, but I don't count on it.
