I am with Sprint, but the website is as unfriendly and confusing as the gentleman said att's. I will be ordering my 7 tonight with the help of a friend, however. I do have a friend who contacted ATT and received excellent help. I called Sprint and essentially was told to go to the website. That turns out fine because on line I will get a 256 gig and they will waive 30 dollar activation fee so worth hassle.
Anyway, I have always gone to a store and had the phone set up there. What should my first step be besides getting VO on? I am baffled by iTunes so need to use iCloud. If I have to download all my apps I guess I will, but I just do not know how to begin the setup.
