It's very easy to do if you just want free apps. I have accounts in the US, UK and my home country of New Zealand stores. Using a VPN service such as Witopia, I can access geo-restricted content such as is often found in many media apps. The trick is to use iTunes to go to the store in which you want to create the account, then try to buy a free app. You can create an account from this point and skip the credit card section. There are ways to handle paid apps, but it's more complex and not without risk. Jonathan
