Hi Terrie, I am not sure if you mean playing described content from your cable provider channels through the Apple TV, as you cannot connect the coaxial cable, that you normally connect into your HD Receiver, into the Apple TV. You will be able to stream described content from the Netflix, iTunes Movies, and other apps that support described content, but you normally have to pay for Netflix and other apps like Hulu. As for iTunes Movies, You can either stream movies that you've purchased, buy them or rent them.
