Hi Keith,

Apple hasn't even said if they are bluetooth although they must be,
speculations are that they are using the nnewest Bluetooth 5.0 standards.
Anyhow, whatever they are you can rest assured that they can do A2DP and hence
you get Voiceover and instructions from GPS apps and so on. It would appear
that these are highly advanced earbuds and while I have already heard comments
from some Podcasters which make fun of their design which in one instance was
compared to the ugly Apple battery case, I am sure they will be fantastic. Of
course at $160 US they will most likely retail in Canada for $220 or $240 which
is a lot of money to pay especially since both my wife and myself would want a
pair so with taxes that would probably be not much below a $500 purchase here
in Canada and then you better watch out and make sure you don't lose the little
buggers.
.

Regards,
Sieghard

Subject: Are the new wireless Airbuds A2DP capable?

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone has heard or found information on whether the
new Apple Wireless Airbuds are A2DP capable?

I’ve tried searching in Google but haven’t found anything.

Thanks in advance, Keith
