I don’t know how you get Outlook to sync with your IOS calendar, I an umable to do that?

It thinks the location is somewhere near Reading here in the UK which is a good 90 miles away from me. I’ve no idea why this is and I can’t work out if it is a feature of iOS or Outlook as I create most of my appointments in Outlook. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
