I'v: been using the Paypal app for a long time now. Just ignore the 0
0 bit. If you want to send someone 30 dollars, just type 30, followed
by the double zeros button. If you want to send 30 cents, press the 3
then the 0. If you want to send 3 dollars, press the 3 followed by two
presses of the 0. And if you want to send 30 dollars, you could also
press 3 followed by 4 presses of the 0. But the faster way to send 30
dollars is to just press the 3, then the 0, then the double zeros. I
hope this helps. It was confusing for me at first, too.
