I am not sure how to set it up exactly but I did listen to a podcast on AppleVis from David Woodbridge explaining that when you lift your wrist, the watch does not automatically speak. You tap with one finger once to hear the time, double tap to have taptic time and he said that you could tap with one finger three times for another, but I wasn't too sure what he was referring to.
I know that I am definitely going to buy an Apple Watch, but most likely the Series 1 with the processor upgrade, as I find the Series 2 a little too pricy for what it offers extra.
