Ah, good question, I did forget that I got sighted help pairing my
iPhone with my Charge HR where I had to read a code on the Charge HR's
display. I also needed help setting my height and weight, but I suspect
I could have also skipped that at the time and set it up later, where it
does appear to be accessible.
