Head over to Settings/General/Accessibility/Home Button. You'll find the rest to unlock setting in there. You want to turn that on. The quickest way to get to the Home Button button in the accessibility settings is to set your rotor to headings and flick down until you get to the hearing heading, then flick left twice.
