Hi Shawn, I switched voices as you suggested. Everything works fine with the newly selected voice. However, when I switch back to the original voice, the SNLC800 returns. Try switching voices in the language you're using. If it's the default, try switching your default voice to something else and then go back to the voice you want to use. That should clear it up.
