Hi, If anything, in your situation, I think jailbreaking and unlocking would decrease the value of the phone - I know I would pay less for it. The solution for your device would mean that the new owner would *never* be able to do a normal restore even if they wanted to loos the unlock & jb; it just wouldn't work. How would the owner feel if they wern't able to upgrade to iOs 6? If you can't afford to / don't have the option of getting it properly unlocked then don't bother trying and just sell it locked.
