When you set up the new phone, you should get an option to either start as new device or restore from a backup. At that point, you can choose your most recent backup.
From experience, be sure you are on a wireless network and will be in range of that network until the restore is completely finished. In other words, if you start the restore in the Apple Store, be sure you are going to be there for the duration. I made this mistake and it wasn’t pretty. Take Care John D.
