Is this wonderful, new way to move apps just for VoiceOver users, or can sighted users use it, too? If so, briefly, how do they do it? I tell you, as a VoiceOver user, it is worth upgrading just to get this feature. I could move them the old way, but never quite ended up with everything where I really wished it were.
