We, all of us, blind or low vision CapitalOne customers have been noticing 
problems with their recent updates.  

However, they are aware of the issues and have already begun to address them.

I strongly suggest that you use the feedback area of your app to report your 
accessibility findings and also, contact them via Twitter using @AksCapitalOne.

Today i went to use the capital one app, and found a huge bug.
I can login, get to my cards, but when i went to setup a payment, this is where 
the problem started.
I typed in the payment info and went to done, and could get no further. 
I was then placed at the screen where it was saying like alarm set and all that 
nonsense.  I couldn't confirm the payment.  Anyone else seen this problem?  I 
ahd to log in to the website to make the payment  Any ideas?
