Your best bet is to check with your telephone carrier.  While many providers do 
not pass along the extra costs they entail when calls are completed to Free 
Conference Call, others do.  The charges can be pretty substantial, so check 
first.

The reason for this is that the conference providers are treated as telephone 
companies under the Telecommunications act, and they're allowed to charge 
whatever they deem appropriate for calls completed by them through other 
providers.

I hope your provider is not one that passes along the extra cost, but better to 
check first.
