If it's just the occasional bill Tap Tap See may do the trick, however, if you have a bunch of bills you want to sort or identify Money Reader works much better. I can put my phone on the desk with the back camera facing up (after I start Money Reader) and all I have to do from that point on is hold each bill above the phone for a moment and the app will speak the result, you don't have to touch the phone after the app is launched and it's so good that you can almost wave the bills over the phone, as long as they are more or less straight and visible Money Reader recognizes the bill.
