Hmmm, I have the same problem with Foobar 2000 for iOS. When I tab to the Add file button it only allows me to add some files but when I tab further than Shift + Tab once I hear Add Folder than I hear Add File. It seems to me there are two buttons or split buton there but the screen readers doesn't recognize it correctly.
