Hello Ann, I, too, experience the same bug with my beloved Samantha Enhanced, voice.
Please send a message to Apple accessibility informing them of this bug. The other day, I restarted my phone, while out and about, and had to wait until I returned home so that I could redownload via WiFi. The strange thing is, in my case anyway, is that when Samantha Enhanced is lost, my phone switches to Tom Enhanced. (smile). I have to go into Settings to redownload Daniel enhanced. I’ve reported this to Accessibility and I think the problem is a clean-up routine that is too enthusiastic. Has anyone else seen this?
