Those sounds only seem to be related to onscreen input. The typing feedback is so you hear the letters or words as you type them. There does not seem to be a way to get keyboard clicks with external keyboards. If you set hardware keyboard to characters, you will hear each character entered, which I could understand might not be a good idea if you want to keep your typing private.
