I have a couple questions on getting started with Netflix.  

I have the app on my iPhone 5S with iOS 10 but have not yet set up the account. 
 Given the issues we have encountered with form fields in the app store, are 
there any such problems with setting up a Netflix account?  Would I be better 
off setting it up from my Windows laptop and then logging in there or on my 
phone.  

If I'm not mistaken there is a plan that allws use of two devices.  Do I have 
to specify what I am using when I set up the account, or do I just log in from 
either the phone or computer, depending on which I wish to use.  

I want to get this first step done, and then we'll talk about how to actually 
use the service.

Netflix had an outage for an hour and a half yesterday, that was confirmed by 
one of their customer service people. I have not been able to log onto my 
family account since then. Is anyone else having this problem?
