The compact option is no longer available with that term. You must choose the regular Samantha voice as that is what used to be the compact voice. If you want to make sure that the Samantha voice is selected and not the enhanced Samantha voice you must go to your iPhone settings, general, accessibility, voiceover, speech, US English, Samantha and then choose Samantha opposed to enhanced Samantha.
