No, you can not transfer what voice over is saying from the watch to your phone. So no, you can not listen by wired headphones hooked to your phone. Yes, your watch and phone are connected by bluetooth. The watch does have bluetooth capability, so you can connect bluetooth headphones directly to your watch if you want.
