Hello all, As promised, I am back with my findings. This may sound very weird, because it was weird to me, but when I went into my account tonight I found out that my fitbit had not been paired via Bluetooth to my iPhone. I have the new iPhone 7 and though the fit bit was connected, it was not paired with my iPhone. As soon as I paired it, I was able to see my current heart rate and my resting heart rate.
