No, it has nothing to do with blue tooth at all. You install a desktop
client, sign into it, then get the app and sign into it and you can access
everything on your PC or you can set it to just certain folders that you
want to access. The site is not 100 percent accessible, but it can be
done. I use it all the time to access two of my external hard drives.

Great apps for accessing your music are Dropbox, Google Drive, Tonido, and
Open Drive. I am sure there are others, but those are the first that come
to mind. With Dropbox, Google Drive and Open Drive, you have to drop files
into the programs on your PC in order to access the files, but with
Tonido, it allows you to access your computer, even access external hard
drives. I prefer it over any of the others.
