I was able to place an order without a hitch, and even do an online chat. It was great, given how GrubHub, despite several updates, never addressed any of the problems I've told them about over the years. I think it this point I am only going to keep the app to have the menus available for the restaurants to deal with directly. A real disappointment, since the app used to work, but now even on safari I can't get anywhere, so it's getting worse. Just thought you all would like to know that there is an alternative.
