Hi everyone I have great news I have had a friend who helped me solve the dice world quieter dice problem.
You need to turn off Audio Ducking. I will share where to find this if you want to try it. You can open accessibility settings first. You then open voice over settings You then go to audio settings and open it. It is on my phone just below braille. You then go down to audio ducking and turn it off. I have my sounds back hoping this helps others get there's back also. Mine were quieter and now there what they were before the update. I am using IOS Ten with a phone and it is the SE phone. Please share if this helps you as if it does I would like to share it with the developers so they can help others with the sounds to.
