15% is not bad, I usually wait for a 20% deal and then stock up. Costco here in Canada seems to often have a 4-pack of $25 gift cards ($100 value) on for $80. Of course you need to be a member there to buy them or know somebody who is and who will buy them for you which is how I do I t.
