SlingTV already has a streaming app, but it's not very accessible, and depending on your area, the feed is a bit choppy at best. Now, directv says there's will be ready by the end of the year, and claim they will offer over 100 channels, even wants there current customers to eventually migrate to the directv now app, so they can cut out technicians and equipment. They also are trying to buy time warner, so we will see how this all plays out. I hope directv does launch there app soon,cause rumor has it, they will offer the sunday ticket for the Nfl as a stand alone package too. Guess we will see.
